Ingredient Benefits

Coconut Oil: Coconut Oil is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal.

Vitamin E: Moisturizes skin, heals wounds, prevents skin cancer, reduces itchy skin, treats eczema and psoriasis.

Sea Buckthorn Oil: This oil has whole Vitamin C which is great for anti-aging, and skin elasticity. Sea Buckhorn oil also is a potent source of Omega 7, which supports cellular regeneration.

Blue Chamomile Essential Oil: This oil is anti-inflammatory and rich in flavonoids. It is also antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, and cicatrisant.

Ingredients:

¼ cup of Coconut Oil

1 tsp of topical Vitamin E

1 dropper of Sea Buckthorn Oil

3 drops of Rose Essential Oil

1 tsp of Calendula Flower (dried)

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Store chamomile healing balm in a small, sealed container in the fridge so that you can enjoy it later. This is perfect for the dry winter months, but you can use this balm all year as a soothing skin regimen.
