New Year’s Recovery Chamomile Healing Balm

After the busy holidays and frantic pace, now is a good time to take care of ourselves. With this amazing New Year’s Recovery Chamomile Healing Balm, you can practice some much needed self-care! This chamomile-infused healing balm is packed with soothing coconut oil along with therapeutic essential oils. This balm is great for skin that is in need of a little extra TLC as it calms dry and irritated skin, alleviates redness, rehydrates dry skin, relieves itchy skin. It is gentle and refreshing with the natural scent of calendula and chamomile.

Ingredient Benefits

Coconut Oil: Coconut Oil is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal.

Vitamin E: Moisturizes skin, heals wounds, prevents skin cancer, reduces itchy skin, treats eczema and psoriasis.

Sea Buckthorn Oil: This oil has whole Vitamin C which is great for anti-aging, and skin elasticity. Sea Buckhorn oil also is a potent source of Omega 7, which supports cellular regeneration.

Blue Chamomile Essential Oil: This oil is anti-inflammatory and rich in flavonoids. It is also antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, and cicatrisant.

Vetiver Essential Oil: Vetiver oil is anti-septic, tonic, anti-spasmodic, and anti-inflammatory. It also is used as an aphrodisiac, as it can be stimulating and warming. This oil also is immune-stimulating as a cicatrisant, vulnerary, detoxifying, strengthening, replenishing oil.

  • For use on scars
  • Dry skin

Ingredients:

¼ cup of Coconut Oil  

1 tsp of topical Vitamin E 

1 dropper of Sea Buckthorn Oil 

3 drops of Blue Chamomile Essential Oil 

4 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil 

3 drops of Rose Essential Oil

1 tsp of Calendula Flower (dried)

Directions

Combine ingredients in bowl. Store chamomile healing balm in small sealed container in the fridge for continued use. Enjoy!
